Placetostay Housing Units


All rooms are fully furnished
Usual Rental duration: minimum 5 months at a time ( AUGUST/SEPTEMBER – JANUARY or FEBRUARY – JUNE/JULY)/ ideally 10 months (SEPTEMBER – JUNE);
We do accept reservations for shorter periods but conditions may change;
Online reservations are from the 1st of the Month;
A formal contract will be required
Visa declaration is available
Reservations can be made in advance upon a transfer of the one month’s rent via bank transfer account.*
Upon arrival, students shall pay the 1st and the last month of rent (except if you have already made a reservation with the 1st month’s rent) and leave a deposit of 200 euros*** to cope with damages caused at the rooms or apartments.Deposit is paid at check-in.
Prices include ALL costs ** (High speed Fiber wireless internet, Cable-TV when available, weekly cleaning for the common areas, Water, Electricity and gas (up to a limit), Mailbox, Dish Washing and Laundry Machine, …)
Bed linen, pillows and duvet is not provided for hygiene reasons, however they might be available in the house;
Rooms can be re-rented to other students with prior approval;
Rooms and shared have to be left in the same conditions as when moving in
Rent is paid every month until the first day / fines will apply for late payments
Visits are allowed with prior permission and according to the contract;
Only one-time overnight stay is allowed with no authorization
Visa Declarations have a cost of 25€ (VAT included)
Cancelations are subject to a cancelation fees of up to one month rent.
Invoices with tax number must be requested before payment.
* For reservation of rooms students shall transfer the amount of one monthly rent and pay a non refundable reservation fee;
** Utilities consumption is limited to a reasonable monthly quota.

Co-Managed Housing Units
All rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, chair, drawers and hangers)
Prices include costs * (High speed wireless internet, Cable-TV, weekly cleaning for the common areas**, water and electricity, gas and internet – up to a limit; Mailbox, Washing Machine, …)
Rental duration: minimum 5 months ( SEPTEMBER – JANUARY or FEBRUARY – JUNE) / Priority for students staying for 10 months (SEPTEMBER – JUNE)
Rooms are reserved from the 1st of the month for the period of September – January
For reservation of rooms students shall transfer the amount one rent and pay a  non refundable reservation fee.
Upon arrival, students shall pay the 1st and the last month of rent and leave a deposit of €200,00 euros***  (except for those who have already transferred the amount) to cope with extra running costs and damages and caused in the apartments.
Rooms can be re-rented to other students with prior approval of the administration.
Rooms / apartment have to be left in the same conditions as when moving in
A formal contract and receipts will be provided**
Rent is paid every month on day 1 / fines will apply for late payments
Visitors are allowed but there is a maximum of 3 visitors per apartment / up to five days maximum. Students are obliged to get prior authorization from the administration by email
Overnight stays are allowed and require no authorization
Invoices with tax number must be requested before payment.
Cancellation of reservations 30 days before the check-in are subject to a cancellation fee of one month of rent.
* Internet, electricity and water consumption are limited to a monthly quota.
